Reserve a Room
Reserving Conference Rooms
Faculty/staff have priority - reserve the room through Event Services X- 4004.
Students: Book or in person at the Circulation Desk.
Group Study in Conference Rooms by Reservation Only
Minimum 3 students with time limit of 2 hours. Members of the same group may not reserve consecutive times. If the room is not needed by another group, it can be renewed hourly (one hour at a time) if available.
Groups of fewer than 3 may use the room, but are not able to reserve it and must surrender it to groups of 3 or more.
Conference rooms have white boards and wi-fi access. There are no computers available in the conference rooms.

One Button Studio
The One Button Studio is an automated studio for recording (or broadcasting) live presentations. The studio includes all of the professional equipment you will need, including a camera, a microphone, studio lighting, a digital lightboard, dual monitors, and more. All you need is a PowerPoint presentation, and you can create a video with the touch of a button!

Podcast Booth
The sound booth is a studio for recording podcasts or other audio presentations. The studio includes four microphones, four headphones, and a sound mixer/recording device, all in a private glass booth. You will need to bring your own laptop, tablet, or smart phone, as well as a cord that connects to USB in order to save your recording.

Library classroom reservations are available through the Master Calendar system and must be reserved through Event Services.
