Family Nurse Practitioner
Degree Completion Requirements
As a Family Nurse Practitioner you will increase your ability to provide care for the whole family, and thus make an impact on generations through your compassionate care.
The degree is a 45 credit hour program. To graduate, the student must meet the following requirements:
- Maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale. If the student earns more than one C, progression in the program will be evaluated.
- Completion of all degree requirements within five years of date of admission into the program.
- Completion of clinical hours specified by the FNP track.
- Graduates of the MSN program are eligible to take the certification exam for their respective discipline
Nurse Educator
Degree Completion Requirements
As a Nurse Educator, you will use innovative teaching methods and practical experiences to teach tomorrow's nurses the professional principles, nursing skills, and Christian values that will help them succeed in their lives and careers.
The degree is a 36 credit hour program. To graduate, the student must meet the following requirements:
- Maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or above on a 4.00 scale. If the student earns more than one C, progression in the program will be evaluated.
- Completion of all degree requirements within five years of date of admission into the program.
- Completion of clinical hours specified by the FNP track.
- Graduates of the MSN program are eligible to take the certification exam for their respective discipline.
