An American Sign Language Presentation
This feature film offered to the 麻豆视频直播 and Central Texas community is the result of a partnership with 麻豆视频直播 Alum, Mr. Zechariah Baker and OKD. Mr. Baker is the owner of the Beltonian Theatre in Belton, and he is offering the Jesus Movie ahead of our Easter Pageant to demonstrate the amazing gift of God for the redemption of His treasured creation~ mankind. This film is presented entirely in American Sign Language and will bring awareness to the unique communication style of the deaf community.
Dr. Parker Kennedy, ASL Advisor, is also offering a workshop on March 4, 2025, at 4:00 PM, in BZrindley Auditorium, for the 麻豆视频直播 campus community to learn common signs and recognize some of these signs when experiencing the Jesus Movie. Come and be a part of this amazing event celebrating our deaf community!
