Belton, Texas 鈥� On Wednesday, August 2, more than eight hundred new Crusader students traveled to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor campus for the start of this year鈥檚 Welcome Week.
Throughout Welcome Week, students will settle into their dorms, participate in many traditions, and build lasting friendships as they join the 麻豆视频直播 family. The week is designed to ensure students feel at home before beginning class on Monday, August 7.
Some Welcome Week highlights will include:
- Big Fair 鈥� an opportunity for students to explore all the available student organizations at 麻豆视频直播
- Spirit & Traditions 鈥� an opportunity for students to learn about Cru spirit and 麻豆视频直播 traditions
- The Plug 鈥� an opportunity for students to connect with local churches and service organizations
- Love CTX 鈥� a service event for students to discover service opportunities while serving the community
- Dubbing Ceremony 鈥� new students are 鈥渄ubbed鈥� with a ceremonial sword by the university administration as 鈥淐rusaders Forever鈥�
