Important Dates

Summer 2024 Graduation

• June 15th, 2024 – Application for Degree and Graduation Fee Deadline
• August 1st, 2024 – Degree Conferral Date (date degree will be posted to transcript)
  
• If you owe the Registrar’s Office official transcripts or test scores, the deadline for providing this information to our office is September 1, 2024. Receipt of documents any time after that date will result in your graduation date being changed to December 2024.
  
• Note: Â鶹ÊÓƵֱ²¥ no longer conducts Summer Commencement Ceremonies. Summer graduates are invited to attend the following Fall commencement Ceremony.

Fall 2024 Commencement

• October 15th, 2024 – Application for Degree and Graduation Fee Deadline
• No rehearsal will be held. Graduates will be sent a link to an instructional video that will cover all the pertinent details of the ceremony.
• December 6th, 2024 – Commencement Ceremony: 1:00 pm
  
• If you owe the Registrar’s Office official transcripts or test scores, this information must be submitted to the Registrar's Office before your degree can be conferred. Failure to do so may result in your conferral date being moved to a later date.

Spring 2025 Commencement

• March 15th, 2025 – Application for Degree and Graduation Fee Deadline
  
• No rehearsal will be held. Graduates will be sent a link to an instructional video that will cover all the pertinent details of the ceremony.
  
• May 10th, 2025 – Commencement Ceremony: 7:30 pm
  
  
• If you owe the Registrar’s Office official transcripts or test scores, this information must be submitted to the Registrar's Office before your degree can be conferred. Failure to do so may result in your conferral date being moved to a later date.

Â鶹ÊÓƵֱ²¥'s commencement ceremonies are held in Crusader Stadium. Other Â鶹ÊÓƵֱ²¥ facilities or the Bell County Expo Center may serve as an alternate venue in the instance of inclement weather or scheduling conflicts with athletic events. Notification of a venue change will be publicized as soon as one is determined via email, text messaging system, and social media.
